Exchange Policy

CoreObjects accepts exchanges only. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, sizing preference, preorder timing, or general preference once an order has been fulfilled.

Eligible items may be exchanged for a different size, color, or available item, subject to inventory availability. If the requested exchange item is unavailable, CoreObjects may offer store credit at its discretion.

Items must be in original condition, and all packaging materials, accessories, and applicable tags must be returned to be eligible for an exchange.

Exchange window: Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, unaltered, and returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories.

Exchange Eligibility

The following criteria must be met for an exchange:

Exchange window: The exchange must be requested within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.

Original condition: The item must be in original condition and cannot be used, altered, worn, washed, marked, scented, stained, or damaged.

Original packaging: The item must be returned with all original packaging intact, which may include garment bags, dust bags, product packaging, brand tags, authenticity cards, and any included accessories. All packaging must be returned unaltered, undamaged, and complete.

CoreObjects security tag: If an item was shipped with a CoreObjects security tag or product tag, it cannot be altered, damaged, removed, or reattached.

Proof of purchase: Customers must provide the original order number, receipt, or proof of purchase to request an exchange.

Items that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted for exchange.

Final Sale Items

Final Sale items are not eligible for exchange, return, store credit, or refund unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Final Sale items may include, but are not limited to:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Promotional items
  • Gift cards
  • Limited-release items marked Final Sale
  • Preorder items marked Final Sale
  • Face masks and face coverings
  • Intimate apparel, hosiery, underwear, swimwear, or any item with hygienic protection
  • Candles, fragrances, oils, pressurized products, electronics containing batteries, or other restricted goods

Shipping fees, taxes, duties, and package protection fees are non-refundable.

Preorder Items

Preorder items are eligible for exchange only if they meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

Preorder delivery windows are estimates and may be subject to change due to production, fulfillment, carrier, or supply delays. Refunds are not issued for preorder timing, estimated shipping windows, or delays unless required by applicable law.

If a preorder item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Customer Care for assistance.

Exchanges

CoreObjects offers exchanges only. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, sizing preference, or preference for a different item.

Exchanges are subject to inventory availability. If the requested replacement item is available, the exchange will be processed after the original item has been received and inspected.

If the requested item is unavailable, CoreObjects may offer store credit at its discretion.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs associated with exchanges unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping fees are not eligible for refund or credit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you believe an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Customer Care within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and any visible issue.

If CoreObjects determines that the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will assist with a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund where required by law.

Items damaged due to normal wear, misuse, improper care, washing, alteration, or accidental damage are not considered defective.

Frequent Exchange Requests

The frequency of exchange requests is monitored. If we believe this policy is being abused through excessive exchange requests, repeated claims, or other misuse, CoreObjects may take action, including rejecting exchange requests, limiting future purchases, blocking an account, or cancelling future orders.

CoreObjects reserves the right to reject exchanges that do not comply with this Exchange Policy.

Rejected Exchange Items

CoreObjects reserves the right to reject any returned item that does not comply with this Exchange Policy.

Rejected items may be sent back to the original shipping address. Customers may be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to return rejected items.

To avoid this, please contact Customer Care before sending back any item if you have questions about eligibility.

How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please submit an exchange request through your CoreObjects account or contact Customer Care for assistance.

CoreObjects follows a no-paper policy to reduce waste. Shipments do not include a return or exchange slip inside the package.

Guest Orders

If you placed your order as a guest, create an account using the same email address used at checkout. You may also contact Customer Care for assistance with your exchange request.

Multiple Orders

Multiple orders cannot be combined into a single exchange request or shipped back in the same package. Each order must be submitted separately and shipped separately.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Customers must keep their return postage receipt and tracking information until the exchange has been fully processed. CoreObjects reserves the right to refuse any exchange request without proof of return postage or tracking.

CoreObjects is not responsible for lost, stolen, misdelivered, or delayed return shipments.

Submit an Exchange Request

To submit an exchange request:

  1. Click the profile icon in the store’s menu, or go to the exchange policy or returns page.
  2. Log in to your account.
  3. In the “Email” field, enter your email address and click “Continue.”
  4. Open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code.
  5. Return to the online store and enter the six-digit verification code.
  6. Click “Request return” for the order you want to submit for exchange.
  7. If your order has more than one item, select the item or items you want to exchange.
  8. Select the reason for your exchange and add a note with the requested size, color, or replacement item.
  9. Click “Request return.”

If your exchange request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions. After the item is received and inspected, your exchange will be processed.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If required by applicable law, eligible EU returns will be processed in accordance with the applicable legal cooling-off rights.

Refunds

CoreObjects does not offer refunds for change of mind, sizing preference, preorder timing, or general preference.

Refunds are only issued where required by applicable law or when CoreObjects determines that an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise eligible for refund under this policy.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
