Shipping Policy
CoreObjects ships orders to the delivery address provided at checkout. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow the progress of your delivery.
Please note that tracking information may take up to one business day after shipment to update online.
U.S. shipping: Free U.S. shipping on eligible orders over $175.
International shipping: Rates, duties, taxes, and import fees may vary by destination and are shown or handled according to checkout and destination requirements.
Order Processing
Orders are processed during business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Processing times may vary during product launches, preorder periods, holidays, promotional periods, or periods of high order volume.
If your order contains a preorder item, your full order may ship once the preorder item is available unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout.
Preorder Shipping
Preorder shipping windows are estimates and may be subject to change due to production, fulfillment, carrier, or supply delays.
If there is a delay with your preorder, CoreObjects will make reasonable efforts to provide an update using the contact information provided at checkout.
Preorder delays do not automatically qualify an order for cancellation, refund, or return unless required by applicable law or otherwise stated by CoreObjects.
Shipping Costs and Delivery Times
Shipping costs and available delivery methods will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.
Accurate transit times are available at checkout and may vary depending on your shipping address, selected shipping method, carrier availability, and order contents.
Estimated delivery times do not include order processing time unless specifically stated.
CoreObjects is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, customs delays, service interruptions, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or other delays outside of our control.
Free Shipping Promotions
CoreObjects reserves the right to offer free shipping promotions for a limited time on the CoreObjects website.
CoreObjects may change, extend, or end any shipping promotion at any time.
Free shipping offers are valid only during the promotional period and may be subject to minimum order values, product exclusions, geographic restrictions, or other conditions.
If a product is not eligible for free shipping, that exclusion may be indicated on the product detail page or reflected at checkout.
The free shipping offer, when available, will be automatically applied at checkout to eligible orders.
Full-Price Orders
Free shipping eligibility, when offered, may apply to the full-price merchandise subtotal after discounts or promotional codes, unless otherwise stated.
Taxes, duties, shipping fees, package protection, gift cards, and other non-merchandise charges may not count toward the free shipping threshold.
CoreObjects reserves the right to determine eligibility for free shipping promotions.
Delivery Responsibility
You become the owner of the goods once your order has been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
Once delivery is confirmed by the carrier, the goods become your responsibility. CoreObjects is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged packages after confirmed delivery.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your household, neighbors, building mailroom, front desk, or local carrier before contacting Customer Care.
CoreObjects will assist where possible, but we cannot guarantee replacement, store credit, exchange, or refund for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
CoreObjects is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to CoreObjects due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or failure to collect the package, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the order.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
CoreObjects is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered by the carrier.
If your package appears to be lost or delayed, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided.
You may also contact Customer Care and we will do our best to assist, but final delivery responsibility rests with the carrier once the package has been shipped.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact Customer Care within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the packaging, shipping label, and damaged item.
CoreObjects will review damaged package claims on a case-by-case basis.
Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may ship separately depending on inventory availability, preorder status, fulfillment timing, or shipping method.
If your order ships in multiple packages, you may receive separate tracking emails for each shipment.
International Shipping
International shipping availability, costs, and delivery times will be shown at checkout when available.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or other charges required by the destination country.
CoreObjects is not responsible for delays caused by customs, import processing, local carriers, or unpaid duties and taxes.
Shipping fees, duties, taxes, and import charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
