All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Estimated delivery times do not include order processing time unless specifically stated.

CoreObjects is not responsible for shipping or delivery delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather, service interruptions, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, preorder delays, production delays, or events outside of our control.

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Once delivery is confirmed by the carrier at the shipping address provided at checkout, the goods become your responsibility. CoreObjects is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged packages after confirmed delivery.

Section 6 — Preorders

Some CoreObjects products may be offered as preorder items.

When you purchase a preorder item, you are buying a product that is not yet ready to ship or is not currently in inventory.

Preorder shipping windows are estimates and may be subject to change due to production, fulfillment, supplier, carrier, customs, or other delays outside of CoreObjects’ control.

CoreObjects will make reasonable efforts to ship preorder items within the estimated timeline stated on the product page, at checkout, or in related order communications.

If there is a material delay, CoreObjects will make reasonable efforts to notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.

Where required by applicable law, you may be given the option to accept the delayed shipping timeline or cancel the unfulfilled portion of your order for a refund.

Once a preorder has been processed for fulfillment, shipped, or delivered, it cannot be cancelled unless required by applicable law or approved by CoreObjects.

Completed preorder purchases are exchange-only unless the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or a refund is required by applicable law.

Section 7 — Exchanges, Final Sale, and Refunds

CoreObjects offers exchanges only unless otherwise stated, unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, or unless a refund is required by applicable law.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, sizing preference, preorder timing, or general preference after an order has been fulfilled.

Eligible items may be exchanged in accordance with our Exchange Policy.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, unaltered, and returned in original condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories to be eligible for exchange.

Final Sale items are not eligible for exchange, return, store credit, or refund unless the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or a refund is required by applicable law.

Shipping fees, taxes, duties, package protection fees, and import charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
